Team Highlights
The national football team of Denmark will play against Belgium, Finland and Russia in Group B at this year’s UEFA European Championship 2020. During the qualifiers the “Danish Dynamites” were up against Georgia, Gibraltar, Ireland and Switzerland.
The 1992 European Champions have been coached by Kasper Hjulmand since 2020. The former Manchester United goalkeeper and European Championship winner with the the Danish national team in 1992, Peter Schmeichel is the record player with 129 appearances.
Poul Nielsen and Jon Dahl Tomasson are the record scorers with 52 goals each.

The group stage matches for Denmark are as follows:
- Saturday June 12th 2021 at 5:00 p.m. against Finland at Parken, Copenhagen
- Thursday June 17th, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. against Belgium in the Parken, Copenhagen
- Monday, June 21, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. against Russia in the Parken, Copenhagen
Should the Danes win group B, they would compete as group winners on Sunday, June 27th 2021 at 8:00 p.m. in San Mamés, Bilbao against the third placed team from either A / D / E / F.
If Denmark finishes second in the group, the team will have to play the second placed team from Group A at the Johan Cruyff Arena, Amsterdam on Saturday 26 June 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
As one of the best third placed teams they would either have to play against the winner of Group F on Monday, June 28th, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. in Bucharest or on Tuesday, June 29th at 8:00 p.m. in Glasgow, Hampden Park against the winner of group E.
